Autodim Driver's Mirror....

I HATE IT...and can't see jackpoop out of the driver's mirror at night. My window tint is 20% so thats clearly not helping.

However, on my tahoe I could chose not to have the mirror dim, can I do that on this truck? I didn't see it anywhere in the manual.

If not....what wire in the mirror loom controls it, cuz its def getting cut!

I'm pretty sure it is activated by the rear view mirror sensor in the cab. Look for a little dot near the bottom center of the mirror itself......

I thought it was near the top. Either way, its in the middle of the mirror, and will look a little darker than the mirror itself.

Drive faster and drive in the left lane. I never have to check my left mirror unless I'm backing up.

I'll look up the pin # to the auto dimming feature. You can just pull the pin out of the mirror harness in the door!
