looks good....a few questions:

did they powder coat the entire wheel (top, inside, etc)?

are they perfectly balanced with the wheel weights on the inside?

are those stock lugs powder coated or aftermarket?

I'm still trying to decide if I sell my 2nd set or get them PC black.

yes, entire wheel, had stock nuts PC'd, balanced with stick on weights.

Looks good and looks like the one I have on order. One question, looks like you have the perch adjustment, middle or top?

middle adjustment.

Did you take it to a place that did everything or did you take your wheels off, take them to a tire place to have the tires taken off, then dropped the wheels at the PCoater etc... I'm thinking of doing this as well!

nope, bought a set of stockers used (buy mine) had them done and switched them out.
