Help! C1299 code new sensor no luck

I have a 2013 Raptor that is throwing lights for ABS, brake and stability control and is warning to service advancetrac system.

Code reader giving C1299 which is left rear wheel sensor error. I have replaced the speed sensor with the correct part for the SVT. Cleared the codes and the continuous memory and once speed gets up to 40 mph lights and warnings go crazy again.

Any suggestions and/or questions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the wiring harness to the new speed sensor connector first for damage, if none is found I would check the tone wheel next.
