Front Marker/Clearance lights out...

Friend called with all 5 front Marker/clearance lights out, trying to diagnose problem. Obvious was fuse. We couldn't find specific reference in manual so I went to mine and pulled fuse 30 under pass side kick panel. All my lights went out including turn markers and rears. His turn markers and rears are working so we kinda ruled out fuse. Are front 5 lights on a single strand that may have come unplugged? I assume they aren't Christmas lights... one goes all go? any ideas what to wiggle or look at? Thanks...

I guess I'd check where that wire strand comes down on the passenger side of the hood. Maybe got kinked or came unplugged.
