Looking for any ideas.

I've had my truck in to the dealer twice already for the four wheel drive grinding. So far they've replaced the hubs, IWE, and did the replacement/relocation of the vacuum hose. When driving after using four wheel drive it will make a sound like a metal collar being vibrated on a metal tube (I'm guessing the four wheel trying to engage), but only when accelerating under low to moderate throttle and lower gear (high torque). Also, when driving at ~15mph (usually under deceleration) I get a sound like a pepper grinder grinding metal.

Anyone know what this could be?

I was having issues, but it was the transfer case shift motor that would not stay engaged.
