GEN 1 another heated seat question

I recently noticed when i turn on the heated seat(s) the fan that comes on with the AC seat comes on with the heated seat after a minute or two. I have never noticed it before but it that normal or do i have an issue?

Thoughts?

Thats how it works. TED heats up and the fan blows heated air into the seat. A/C seats are the same way. TED cools off and the fan blows cool air into the seat.
