What hub bore do we need? I see a lot of the aftermarket wheels listed have 2 different sizes
87.1 for the Fords but almost all aftermarket wheels are lug centric so I wouldn't worry about it too much if you find something you like. You can always buy hub rings too as long as the wheel doesn't use a push thru cap.

I like the XD's on my gen 1. I would put them on a gen 2 as well.

I honestly have no idea, i cant make up my mind, thats why i would like to see how alot of them look on the Gen 2 before i make a decision.
That's my problem to. I change my mind every 5 seconds. Really liking the fuel ripper d589 or the SOTA stealth novakanes now though.
