Need some help.
'17 Raptor - the upper dimmer button does nothing to alter the brightness of the instrument panel. I pressed the lower (dimming) button and it dimmed the panel and displayed a status box showing the dimming bars moving to the left. Once dimmed all the way, nothing can be done to brighten the dash. The upper button won't even show the status box.
Is there a master config that overrides the dimmer buttons? I've played with the config on the center nav screens to no avail. Any ideas? It's too dim for use and I need to figure this out. It seems strange that an 8k mile truck would have a bad dimmer button.
