Method NV 305 Center Cap Mod?

Came across this today. I am really considering doing this as well to get rid of the bigger center cap... Has anyone ever done this with the zero offset rim? Any pictures?

Thoughts?

Why not get rid of the center cap entirely? I removed them from my zero offset Method Standards MR301s several years ago. I also removed the chrome bolts on the outside edge because I did not like the silver on my blacked out Gen 1.

The first picture was taken just after washing off the "magic" chemical that turned my "pink letter" tires into Red Letters again.
