Thank you. Funny the passenger side does not have it or I haven’t found it yet. At least it’s not muffler bearings LoL

Exactly

Its for vibration. It adds mass and may dampen some harmonics.

Theres probably a band in the rpm range where the exhaust may "sing" or vibrate. This "tuned mass" counters it.

The other side doesnt have it because its not symmetric and doesn’t have the same modal properties
