I have it as does my buddy's ... both 17's with heated wheels
Bad assembly. Ford needs to get better suppliers on some parts. Heated wheel, frozen door locks, warped oil pans, bad design on dash with thin material leading to warped humps. I have them. Just sad really. Hope they figure this basic stuff out.

Hey, Maybe there is some internal problem which you are not getting. Check your steel wheel again or take the advice of professional to get the best way to remove deformities from the steering wheel.

My truck has the same bumps, it seems intentional, however one of my stitching has ripped after only 6k miles. The same happened to my friends mustang recently.
