if you're going with 20's you might as well go all the way and go with 30s. otherwise you're just a poser and not a real balla

Don’t mind these turds! There 1.2” larger sidewall doesn’t make a single bit of difference for your use.

Sorry, I missed the reason why running 37s on 17s is so impressive??

We've run 17s and 20s on are our 2018 Raptor. We went with the Vorsteiner VenomRex 601 wheels on our shop truck with 325/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. These tires measure a full 35.0" tall and are 0.6" taller than the factory 315/70/17 BFG K02s, which measure 34.4" tall per BFG specs. So overall, we lost 1.2" of sidewall and with this exact setup, we still way less than the stock wheel/tire combo by 0.5lbs at each corner. If you trim your fenders and go to 37" tires, you'll cut the sidewall loss to less than 1".

While 20" wheels are not the ideal setup for off-road, if you're not going to be doing much wheeling, you will be fine. We took our 20s off-road at the Texas Raptor Run last month and have no issues.

If you'd like to go over options and pricing for 17s, 18s, or 20s, I'd be happy to go over various options and pricing with you.

The poor guy from the gen 1 forum who i borowed this photo from will be sad to hear you’re not impressed

To the op, not trying to be rude but every time someone wants to put 20s or bigger on their raptor, it sort of defeats the purpose of all the engineering ford put into it

Not to be rude but running 37” tires would also defeat all the engineering ford put in with your logic then? Or upgrade any suspension components?

Are people not allowed to modify their vehicles to how they use them?

Is this Russia Danny?
