At a GLRE event, I won a KC HiLiTES 20" light bar in a raffle. After an off-roading adventure, I noticed the a crack in the side bracket. Since I didn't have the original receipt I thought I was going to have an issue getting the light fixed under warranty. No issues at all.
I have nothing put positive things to say about KC HiLiTES and everybody I interacted with at KC.
1) They answer the phone when I call.
2) I can understand the person on the other end of the phone.
3) No issues even thou I didn't have the original receipt.
4) They honored their warranty.
I know...(wife willing)...I will have more lights on my truck in the future. And I know I will buy KC HiLiTES.
