I had a CB installed and because of my bed cover they said I had to have the antenna installed on my roof (magnetic), but the wire runs down the back of my window on the outside and looks unprofessional. Is there another way to do this?

Run the wire down the rear door down the weather stripping then bring it in the truck under the weather stripping.

Make it permanent and drill into the roof then under the headliner to the trim. Several threads on it

Here's the mount I have to run it under my fiberglass cover. You can get it at almost any cb shop or online, I just rounded it out to fit better.

These are the Wilson 1000 mounts, the left is magnetic and the right is drill mount. They both have covers to take the antenna off and just leave the little mount there
