ADD Venom Rear Bumper Rust

I have an ADD venom rear bumper and along the entire edge of the top "step plate" it is rusting where it is welded to the tube. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how did you fix it?

Have the bumper lineX. That is what I did to my venom front bumper.

Both of my ADD bumpers (front and rear) rusted along the welds. I Line-x'd both of them.
