Steering wheel suddenly way out of alignment

Hey yall, first post here so bear with me. I’ve got an 18 screw 70k miles. I had left work yesterday and I drive on a decently beat up gravel road. Incredibly washed out right now due to snow melt. Anyways about 15 minutes after I had left and was through most of the gravel road, I noticed my wheel being of center about three inches to the right. I also believe the front tires are toe in a bit. Has anyone run into anything like this? I checked tie rod ends outer and inner but everything seems solid. TIA
