New member with new 2024 Raptor. Had a couple of questions couldn't find in previous posts.
Looking at the SDHQ mounts unless anyone has a better option.
On a budget so trying to decide between Baja Designs Squadron, Four bangers, and the Diode Dynamic sports?
Any input would be great and do any of the sponsors offer a forum discount?

SDHQ make the best. They are the only ones we decided to sell.

If you are on a budget I'd recommend Diode Dynamics. You get a lot more light for your money and they are Made in the USA. They also feature an optional back-lighting (amber).

Baja Designs DO make the best lights but cost some money.

We actually have complete A-Pillar kits in stock with a discount built in AND we include our plug and play harness, makes installation easy as it connects to your upfitters. But you can also use discount code RAPTORFORUM and save another 10% - Plus we ship FREE within the lower 48 US States

May I also suggest while you are in there to grab our upfitter extension kit. It can be tricky to add accessories, especially on the Gen3, as the upfitter wires are tucked inside the fender area next to the battery. When you go in to install your a-pillar lights I recommend you remove the battery for easy access to the upfitter wires. Then install your a-pillar harness (we provide) AND while you are in there, install our extension kit so that the next time you add accessories its VERY EASY

Thank you very much for the input. This is pretty much where I was leaning and with the forum discount makes it a little easier.

Does your harness get you all the way to the upfitter wires?

Sure does. Plugs right into the lights as our harness has the correct WeatherPack connectors already on it. And then it connects to the upfitter wires (in your case, next to the battery).

This is the end that plugs into the lights

And here is the other end. We already have heat shrinkable weatherproof wire connectors already on it. So you just ground the black cable next to the battery on the chasis (there's a few bolts you can utilize) and then crimp on one of the upfitters to the red cable. Real easy

i hear good things about the new harbor freight lights on youtubes. This is LP4 on SDHQ mount and used SPV harness including the back lid harness. It was very simple to install.
