Is there a harness to connect two 4" e series together to one switch? Similar to a kit that would come with two cube fogs? Or is the draw too much for just one of the upfitters?

You could utilize the same harness from the Dually kit. They do sell it separately. You won't have any issues running to 4" e series on any of the aux switches.
