Window sticker confusion

Does anyone know what this crap on the top of the window sticker means? Trying to determine if it's a good or bad thing. Price of 801A dropped on the window update but have no idea what this means.

$1,395 is the deduction from 801A package. was $6,150 now its $4,755. thats the reduction. but I cant for the life of me figure out why 21' refund is $795 and 22' is $1,395.

So 2021 was only the BC “prep” package, you would’ve had to pay an additional $600 in subscription.

2022 was supposed to include full BC (non-subscription).

Math should line up regarding the differences.
