I recently order Fuel Rotors 17x8.5, +7 Offset, 6x135, BSM 5", 87.1mm Hub.

I understand that 6x135 is the correct bolt pattern and +7 offset worked, but the site I ordered from called me and told me that these would push the tire under the fender even more. Does anyone know if this is correct?

I plan on running a 35 and would like it to stick out a little more than stock.

You'll be fine. The +7 will make the wheels look much better. They won't be so sunk in like OE wheels. The pic below is how far they stick out. I had the same specs on my truck a while back.

Stock is +34 so not sure why the shop would tell you that, +7 will make the wheel further out not more under the fender.
