Will the 2021 Raptor oem bed liner extend all the way down the base of the tailgate?

I have a oem spray in bedliner on my 2019 Raptor. The tailgate definitely needs better coverage. A lot of exposed paint at the base of the tailgate. I was looking at 2021 F150s to figure if they extended it. If it is not extended I would just get a Line X.

Line-X is much better quality as well. Even if they did extend, I would spend the extra $200 and get Line-X and not select the factory liner
