Wider negative offset or lts?

I was in miami, fl picking up mi ford raptor when i stop by in broward motorsports and found this at the parking loat

Wow, no. Based on the sidewall profile those look like 10"+ wide wheels with a very low or negative offset. If that's the look he is going for, more power to him but it just isn't proper in any fundamental way.

There's a guy that lives near me that has a lift kit on his truck with small wheels that stick way out. It's gotta be the most godawful looking truck I've ever seen. Kinda like this.
