WINTER WHEELING NOOB here!
Advice and suggestions for snow chains please on 2013 with 35x12.5x17 bfg OEM bead lock rims. I’m in So California. I’ll be needing them for Big Bear, Mammoth, Utah & hopefully Colorado.
Do I need them for… snow & ice or snow & mud? It seems like for hwy the concern is ice? Options are “twist link” (most common), “square link” (heavy duty?) or “V-bar” (ice?).
Cam link adjuster or rubber tensioner?
Some say the rule is you just have to have them, still I like to have good set for when I actually need em!
Thanks in advance

Never needed chains in Colorado but I did get stuck buying a pair going from Tahoe to Sacramento due to “law”.

I’ve read so many helpful threads on this forum about chains topic. Opinions & laws & experiences, but I’m actually looking for a company and part number that work on a gen 1 raptor rear tires

Thanks. Looking at that website right now. Do ya happen to know if it’s the “low profile” diamond style?

I purchased these. They fit great on my 315/70R17. The description says they'll fit your tires too.
