I`m going to be buying a new raptor when the 2013 come out. I would just like some feed back on the pro`s and con`s of the "Crewcab" or the "Supercab"
I t will be my daily driver. I`m just wondering if their is a reason people choose the model they have chosen, or is it just by looks most of the time. Is one better around town,or in the dirt, trails etc..

well the scab might be a little lighter given that it is a little shorter, but i dont think you would notice a difference offroad
i have a wife and 2 kids, so a crew is the way im going. the wife overpacks for all our trips so the more space the better. we would probably only use the truck to tow our quads to pismo, and to take the truck into the dunes, but thats 2 1/2 hours away, but we do stay at my parents house when we are there, so we have luggage to carry. all of our other trips we use the mystery machine, better gas milage and the rear seats recline almost flat for the kids.
the truck is mostly for me but i do need to haul the family around sometimes

I am Scab all the way, love the look and the shorter wheelbase. but if you have a family then Screw is almost always a need over the Scab

Scab scab scab. I've driven both screws and scabs. And the shorter wheel base helps when your out rock crawling on jeep trails like me. Everyone knows black scabs are the fastest raptors

I get scabs all the time. I just end up scratching them off because they're annoying bastards. I suggest the screw. Much more fun to screw than to get a scab.

I went SCREW. I like to drive, which means I typically have rear passengers. The Chevy extended cab that I came from had the same SCAB style rear doors. It was a pain to have to open the front to open the back.

Also, loading items into the back when in a parking lot can be tricky when some one is parked next to you.

Depends on what you use it for.

I have a SCab and would not have a SCrew.
If Ford had made a two seat Raptor, I'd have bought that.
