That is the same inner wheel well trim I did on mine. I have Geisers, Deaver +3s, RPG Bumps and Toyo RTs 37x12.5s. Since I did them myself, I also painted the honeycomb a flat black so it disappears in the wheel well.

Your Methods and 13.5" wide tires stick out further than mine.
