What's it worth: '12 Screw with 50k miles

Hello all. I'm debating driving to Delaware from NJ this weekend to go look at a '12 screw with 50k miles. Asking price is about $36k.

I reached out to the dealership to get undercarriage pictures and they sent the following my way.

Do you think it's worth a shot, or should I hold out? Also, what's it worth?

Take a good look at the rocker panels and cab corners for rust. As for the price it seems reasonable for such low miles I would expect it to be in top shape to get $36k. I would try to wheel and deal it down to $33k or less personally.
