So I know the trans is from a f250/350 and the tcase is special with the fulltime setting but what about the rear in the gen 2. In the TRx it is a Dana 60. My jeeps in the past had dana 44 ect . What does ford use in the Raptor and how beefy is it compaired to those?

Pretty sure it still used the 9.75 ford rear with 35 spline axles in the gen 2. IIRC this is the same size ring as a Dana 60.

Ya know when you start adding all this equipment up, a used gen2 is actually a really good value. Example:
Rubicon ‘19’ : 48k
Well engineered 2”lift $2500
Bypass shocks $2500
35” tires and bead-locks $3500

You sink 8500 into that ahit and you still are pissed cause now its underpowered and re gear but now its screaming on the highway… and still dont have :
450hp
13” travel
No bed
Uncomfortable cabin thats loud
Still rides rough and will be pissed at steering unless you go with a long arm setup.
List goes on… and now yr like 58k into the jeep and well thats for you to decide if its worth it or not. The new 6.4 jeep is cool but again at that price yr much better, and more value with a raptor. Ask me how i know lol. It is good in tight spaces and doors off is fun i will say…
