New to the forum. Working on my 2017 raptor trying to put in some rigid radiance fogs. I’m not the greatest at electrical stuff but I figured it out once I read the left bunch of wires were the hot set not the right. Anyways now having issues with starting the truck. The interior lighting works and the headlights works and power seats and the button even lights up green to start ignition but nothing happens. The media screen also isn’t working and doesn’t turn on when you open the doors like it usually does. Power locks are not working either. Was thinking it might be a fuse or relay but not sure. Any help is appreciated and look forward to learning more every time I check back in here. Thnx

I would check the battery health. the computers disable the power lock sensors, and will shut down the radio, etc. Maybe check for diagnostic codes.

Oh, and pictures or it’s a prius.

I removed the negative end of the battery to let it reset and when I plug it in and try to do the push to start even just for power to the car not to start the engine there is a noise and it stops however I can use my code reader to read error codes however there are none That appear. Which fuses would you recommend checking? I went through every one in the engine and on the passenger kickboard I thought was relevant but they all looked good.

Welcome but obviously not under the best circumstances. I see a truck and a pooch so your in!

All fuses look good that you can see, and you disconnected the battery. We’re you only working with the upfitter switch wiring or did you tap into some other circuit at some point? Did you arc a positive against something at some point?

@FordTechOne Can you suggest what he can look at regarding this?

I don’t believe I arced anything as I kept the wires didn’t come in contact with anything and I never even got them connected with the right up fitter switches. I had them connected with the pass through wires not the hot ones it seems.
