Then not DOT compliant and could get a bored cop to give you a citation I suppose.

Plenty of the modifications we make to our trucks are on the edge... or completely over, depending on your location! I've received a few questions about my beadlocks, but I've always brushed it off with "it was a factory option".

Rick I have been driving for two years with NOT DOT compliant 4 rigid cubes with amber filters just for others to see me during the day and 1.5 with chase lights rigid cubes (adjusted down not to blind the driver behind me ) with no issues what so ever, passing state police local, undercover, etc....do you think I worry about small marker lights. Just saw my neighbor who is a cop, and asked him , he just laughed...I have his PBA card, btw...2659a95e73a6af1f1bbc9cf2d5b0d28e.jpg8b046b5c72af7f1c4a80c5f1840b1444.jpg

Added a pedal commander and very happy with it. I wish I would have done this when I bought the truck. Really helps the seat of the pants feel. Thanks to Rick from Freedom Motorsports for the recommendation and the great price. I think I like the city +2 or city +3 setting best for daily driving.

I installed it on console wall because I wanted it out of the way and it's not something I need daily access to. (I reset the velcro because my OCD forced me to have the pedal commander angle match the plastic angle and I didn't notice it until I saw this pic)

As some hate the pedal commander, I have had mine for over 2.5 years trouble free and I do love it. The combination of a tune and PC is pretty awesome, except the gas mileage, of course

It’s awesome until it’s not. Burned the throttle sensor on the pedal and caused the truck to lunge randomly when brakes were on. When it works it’s fun and I agree feels better but people should be aware that there are problems also.
