I noticed today that the hole at the bottom of the rear doors for the weatherstripping looks as if it goes back into the cab corners. I put a tie strap in there and it went straight back. I then put a flexible end on my fluid film can and sprayed in there. Has anyone ever verified of this indeed does go Into the can corners?

Purty sure that's the rocker panel, if that's the running board right below it. From inside (and underneath) have you pulled off the duct tape squares that cover up the rocker panel holes? Did you open up the drains along the pinch weld and shoot that sheep grease in there too? Got a sunroof? If so the rear drains end in that vicinity, greatly contributing to rust rot at that back cab corner...not that it won't rust without one...
