First, I never buy dealer add-ones, not extended warranties, and I always have a good laugh when they try to sell me tire and wheel protection. Especially on the Raptor. I do have, for decades, Geico Mechanical Breakdown coverage. That covers repairs with a $250 deductible when the factory warranty expires.

I'm now at 35,200 miles and I've got a loud squeaking which sounds like it's coming from fan belts/pulleys. No idea what it really is. My appointment at a Ford dealer is on the 20th. Do you think they will give me a hard time because it's so close to 36k and warranty end? I'm trying to drive as little as possible in the next week so as not to surpass 36k.

Sounds like and idler pulley. Remove the belt, bet the sound goes away. Spin the idler pulley by hand and probably will feel gritty.

In warranty is in warranty. There's nothing they can argue about that.
