And what does it include, ex. light, bracket and wiring I hope.
It includes the powder coated mount that bolts to your lower bumper (in the pictures it is raw), the 20" Vision X bar and the wiring harness. Here is the kit on our site

I WILL be getting a 20" set up like this very soon (as in the next couple of weeks) but not sure if Vision X or Rigid is the way to go.
