Unlocking issue

I am having an issue with the Auto Unlock feature on my truck. If I push the button on the door handle to lock the doors with the key in my pocket they lock but if I put my hand in the door handle to unlock the doors nothing and it use to work perfectly. Any ideas? I’ve tried both driver and passenger door handle and still a no bueno.

No but the key I am using works for all features except grabbing the door handle to unlock. The unlock button on the key works as well.

Working fine now! I think it might be dirt blocking the sensors.

Does this happen when it's raining? Mine doesn't work well when it's wet.

I have never had a problem getting it to lock or unlock.

The thing I noticed, if I keep my FOB in my pocket while washing the truck it will unlock and lock as I spray the handles.

My hands are wet at that point, and I am close enough for the FOB to be detected by the truck.

So now the FOB isn't in my pocket while I am washing, if possible anyway.
