I still have my Gen 2 Raptor SDHQ Chase Rack for sale if anyone is interested. The Pro Eagle jack and mount is not for sale.

The (2) gas cans, (2) gas can speed straps, and (2) SDHQ tire straps are not included but can be added for $300

Rack was used on one trip and has been stored in the garage since then.

Does the rack fit below top of bedsides and a bed cover fit on it when tires in?

The rack sits below the bed rails and a bed cover will fit with the tires out. Once you put the tires into the rack, a bed cover will not come anywhere near fitting.

This rack does not. RPG or SVC would be your best bet for that.
