Turn signal click speed in cab

Anytime I use my turn signal the clicking sound in the cab starts slower then goes faster and sometimes goes slower again, new truck under 1k miles, all the signal bulbs seem fine. Is this how it is or do I have an issue with the bulbs?

Not sure if they still use a flasher relay, but on older cars, it's a small canister plugged into the fuse panel that goes bad.
