I'm looking for information on how to grade my shocks for the exchange program through TSW. Is there a guide somewhere?

Thanks! I was looking for that video, but couldn't find it. The link TSW sent me in an email didn't contain a video. I'm still debating if I'll just get the parts/tools and rebuild them myself. Looks really simple.
