Trying to change DRL to parking lights + turns only by Forscan, but low beam stays on

Did the following through Forscan on 19' raptor, I am supposed to see the effects on pic below when in D while lighting knob in "auto", and engaged DRL in gage cluster. However, my low beam stays on top of that, anyone knows how to turn off low beam?

Did numerous change follow the spreadsheet on line all successful except for this one.
