Will likely get my raptor this week

Wanted to get a truck cap (ARE Z ?) with windows for the dog and was wondering how to seal the cab and cap air to let air conditioning work across both compartments. Hope this makes sense.
Would like to avoid having to set up another air conditioning unit for the truck cap. Any thoughts tips will be welcome.
