I have my Gen 3 here in So Cal but my parents are making the classic move from NY to Florida and my father is looking for a transport company for his 2019 Gen 2. Can anyone provide me the name of a reliable company that does the NY to Florida route? I've searched around a bit and found threads but they are not in these specific areas. I may fly out there and drive the raptor down but we still may need to ship my moms SUV so I'd love the number for a reliable service. Thanks in advance.

Not specifically NY to Florida, but I've used East West Auto Transport twice to ship my hellcat and GT350 from DC area to the west coast. They're based in MA. No issues both times. I'm sure they do NY to FL.

I used a guy out of either MA or CT the last time I needed to move a a Ducati from FL to DC, but I know he runs the full I-95 corridor. He was insured, DOT licensed, on-time and professional; and delivered my bike with great care. I have referred him to a few other people who have used him to move cars and they've been happy with his service too.

Good luck with the move.

I’ve used Bears Transportation to ship a 911 cross country.

She is frequently used by the people of Rennlist, the Porsche forum so she has plenty of experience with high value vehicles.

The father son road trip will be in the raptor now. I just need a company to get my mom's Subaru down. Route Runners Transport Team gave us a quote of $850 so we are going that direction.

Any advice about driving down 95? Haven't made the Florida drive in 20 years since college. Any tips greatly appreciated.

Richmond, VA will be your last "city" unitl Jacksonville, FL, it s a solid 6-8 hours of nothing but occasional gas/food exits after that.

Also, figure out your timing and pace for the cross through NYC/Philly/DC .... if you hit those at the wrong time, it can add 4-5 hours to our trip

We thought of leaving at 5 AM but on a Saturday so the traffic would not be the work week crew. We would spend the night at a cluster of hotels off of 95 to the east of Fayetteville. It's about 10 hours and splits the trip in half. There are a bunch of hotel options there but that worries me that they are a target for theft too.
