Transmission squawk

2014 Roush 86k miles. Transmission makes a buzzing type sound (appears to be coming from under center console) when shifting from 3 to 4. It is intermittent. Any one have issues like this before?

Does it do this at a specific RPM? You might have a harmonic that's causing some sheet metal vibration.
