Torque Converter Bearing Squeal

Driving down the road is fine but at any stoplight there is extremely loud squeal from the bottom back of the engine. Shop says the torque converter bearing causing this and they want to replace $1,600. Suggestions ? 86,000 miles.

I have over 115k and am having bearing problems. Mine are the output bearing of the transfer case, outer bearing on the front diff and the pinion bearing on the rear.
