To me it looks like the perch adjustment causes more wear.

Can someone who hasn't done the perch mod take a look at their A-Arms to see if there is any rubbing?

I have a feeling this may be across the board regardless of the perch setting.

Will try to take pics today but, my truck is bone stock and my A-Arms have had that very same indication of rubbing for as long as I can remember. Took delivery on 1/8/11 and have put just a hair over 15k miles on it since then.

I bet making the suspension work at full lock wears the stops more than it being on the top notch or not. The top perch does put the steering knuckle and lower control arm at a tighter angle.

I try my best not to put the steering in full lock unless I really need to, specially if I know the suspensions going to travel a lot.

Here are mine... left, then right. I am on the middle perch. Looking at the 2 contact areas, the knuckle side has a very distinct slope/angle to it. I bet that the lifting sensation that some of you guys are getting is from the knuckle sliding up and over the stop on the control arm. I'm sure its more pronounced on the top perch.
