It's my understanding that regardless of which wheel you have, if it's the ones the truck was delivered with, all five are the same.
Had a TPMS installed and spare balanced right before 5000 miles. I religiously do 5 wheel rotations on all my vehicles. Full synthetic oil at the same time. Personal preference.
