Talked to a service manager at ford but he was off duty so dude tells me yes there is definitely a problem and they have no fixes mine shifts hard from first to third only one time when cold after that everything seems good, he said it’s something to do with the pressure of the fluid it needs to build up for a minute while driving

If you’re looking for automatic response supercharge is the way not turbo .!
That has absolutely nothing to do with the discussion in this thread. You also have no clue what you’re talking about, turbos are more efficient than S/C. Nobody cares about your slow old Henessey Gen 1, stop trolling.

That’s nonsense. It requires a TCM reprogram which is covered under a TSB. My 2019 would hold 3rd and then jerk into 5th every day after a cold start. I got my Raptor back from service two weeks ago where they adressed 4 TSB concerns I had. One of them was that 3rd gear hesitation after cold start. They reprogrammed the TCM and it’s gone. TSB attached below and service record as well.
