I am serious just not right now serious. I just got the truck and have to pay state sales tax and registration on it still plus the shocks still feel good and no leaks. that has killed the extra cash i had left over from redoing the house roof lol.

So what i took from the thread is that these 3.0s dont need to be rebuilt as much or at all like the 2.5s? I dont do any big offroad stuff mainly street and dirt roads.

We did some durability testing, both real-world on vehicle and accelerated durability on a shock dynamometer to compare the 2.5” and 3.0” designs.

From a damping perspective, our 3.0” package is lasting 5-6x longer than the standard 2.5 setup on an accelerated durability dyno test.

In terms of mileage, it really depends on driving style and use case. My mixed on-road/off road usage would require about 30k miles between rebuilds with the 2.5’s. Now I expect to make it 150k mile with the 3.0. The anodized hard coat surface means that the shocks should come off in ~7 years looking brand new.

Just finished up a set for a customer (minus the bushings) and they really turned out great.

This is the first set we’ve built up without our logos and we’re digging the clean look.

Moving forward, we’ll give everyone the option to decide if they do or do not want laser etched lower bodies.

Love this idea! My Gen 1 suspension in need of a rebuild and I’d rather just upgrade them, this is definitely great option to consider. My Gen 1 currently sits on top perch to clear my 37’s and you mentioned you guys have it dialed in more-so for mid perch. What are your thoughts on trying to maintain my top perch height? Are adjustable collars an compatible?

Collars are compatible with our setup if you want to get the top perch configuration! Considering you start with mid perch as configured, I would expect you would only need a small collar to get up to the equivalent top perch height.

Wish I hadn't just replaced with OEM, this is amazing. Free bump and I'll keep this in mind when I'm due for a rebuild
