Not sure if you've tried it or not yet, but since you seem to like painting stuff, you really should finish off your parts with a 2K clear for it to last and look the best. 2K = 2 part = paint with a hardener in it. You can sand it and polish it to a perfectly flat shiny finish too.

The cans are expensive, but well worth it.

2 part paints with hardener require a respirator while spraying, but a good 3M mask for organics is only $30 or so. The spray from those Spraymax 2K clear cans is unbelievably smooth, a nice fine fog. It's only good for a day or so after you activate the hardener in the can, so make sure you have enough stuff lined up to paint with it. One can will paint a surprising amount of stuff, even with multiple coats.

If I was the one painting stuff, I'd give that a try, but I suck at that stuff, so I've been leaving the painting to the pros!

Not sure where it says that on their site, but mine work just fine with the TPMS.

It's been a little while since I've updated this thread, but I've been working on a few different things. True to form, I swapped wheels again. I've been looking for a set of the original Robby Gordons for awhile, and managed to snag a set of 4 (if anyone knows where I can find a 5th, I'll pay top dollar!)

I also got those fabricated knuckles, Camburg upper & lower ams, stainless brake lines, and limit straps installed on the frontend. While everything was apart, I had them weld some doubler plates on the lower a-arm pockets. (Don't worry, I've since fixed the routing of that vacuum line)

I slapped one of the new Ruffstuff rear diff covers on the rearend:

And I finally got my Rugged radio installed in the center console:

And then ran the hand mic wire into the shifter console to a CAT6 receptacle. Just plug in the hand mic and it's ready to rock.

Finally, I got my gen 2 Raptor steering wheel swap done as well. I'm loving the paddle shifters!

Loving the new upgrades man. Truck is looking tough. How difficult was the gen 2 steering wheel replacement wiring?

The gen 2 steering wheel swap was pretty easy. Just gotta get a wiring harness kit from Ecopowerparts. Then buy a gen 2 steering wheel, airbag, and clockspring and you're ready to go.

Clean build. I’ve been keeping an eye out for some OG Robby Gordon’s for my Raptor. I have 10 of them in 5x135 for my 10th gen and love them. One of the best wheels made in my opinion. If you decide to change up the wheels again let me know! Any new updates on your truck?
