I am a new gen 2 owner. Just picked up my 2019 raptor today and as soon as I got home, I noticed that the tailgate on passenger side isn’t properly aligned when it’s closed. Its about 1/2’’ off.
It’s bugging the hell out of me!
A couple of relevant facts:
1. I had the dealer install an after market spray-in bedliner, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
2. I replaced the stock wheels with custom wheels, and had the stock wheels loaded in the bed, one was leaning against the inside of the tailgate not sure if the load was heavy enough to bend the striker and cause this.
I plan on taking it back to the dealer tomorrow to check it out, but was wondering if anyone else encountered a similar issue with their new truck?
