GEN 2 Sway bar end link bushes

Any advice on replacing bushes on end links such as polyurethane. My Gen2 is in Scotland where roads are full of potholes. Truck only done 20k miles.

Just a gen 1 poverty raptor. I solved my endlink problems by simply removing the whole away bar with links. 35000kms since, plenty of offroad high speed fun. Haven't looked back.
