Why not run a real bump stop, located anywhere but directly under the frame. So that when those instances occur, you don't break anything "vital" and you don't bend your frame.

Yea, I would have put him on the spot and asked the same thing. You could tell from the pace of his response and careful selection of choice words that he was being very vague so not to say anything that could be used against them.

Looks like a good deal more space between the shelf on the lift block and the rubber bumper than my Raptor's got! Oh wait, that one doesn't have a bed and a full fuel tank.

Wonder if the 2012 has deeper sleeve connections where the middle and rear frame assemblies are joined?

He summed it all up It's a production truck with 12' of travel vs. a trophy truck with 36' of travel. Production trucks have limitations, have fun with it but realize those limitations.
