dumb question: is there any type of boot for this application to keep the road debris/dust/snow out of the bed on an enclosed bed? or one that can be developed?

I watched a guy welding his ass off while I was there. He was putting together a Baja front bumper so I can vouch that they are making those in house for certain. They also had no idea I was showing up a day early when I went by the shop the first time on Wednesday evening lol.
